Rice Krispy Treat, Peanut Butter M&Ms and PMS
Well, I've been doing better (despite the banana bread) and weight was down to original 7 lbs lost but yesterday I shared a giant rice krispy treat with Aidan, had some cheddar cheese for dinner, ate some peanut bar (like a nut roll but 'healthier'), and begged Jeff to bring home some peanut butter M&Ms. Thank God it was PMS. Not to just go nuts everytime this time of the month comes on but I was wondering, "why am I so damn hungry?"
So I am off to the club again tonight to workout. I haven't been since Tuesday. But I am getting back on track after only going twice last week. Now if I could only get the energy to get up early to go workout!
