Finally Weighed Myself and the Verdict Is...
After a 3 1/2 week absence from the gym and general crummy eating, I figured my weight would be up past my pre-workout weight. Good news, I'm down 7 lbs still. Bad news is I probably lost my muscle weight. Didn't walk or work out tonight. Too tired.

Hang in there and don't get discouraged. I know that is hard to do. Not getting discouraged is often really hard for me. I guess I have to remember that this effort at weight loss is for me and that the benefits are huge. I know you can do it. Hang in there my good friend.
