Finally Weighed Myself and the Verdict Is...

After a 3 1/2 week absence from the gym and general crummy eating, I figured my weight would be up past my pre-workout weight. Good news, I'm down 7 lbs still. Bad news is I probably lost my muscle weight. Didn't walk or work out tonight. Too tired.

I haven't given up

I have to apologize to my faithful readers (Shari, Jenny?) for my absence. I have been having some weird health problems that have to do with swelling and muscle pain. I quit going to the gym for almost a month. However, I am back! We've been walking with Aidan almost daily and tonight I lifted weights. It feels good to be back in the swing of things.
